Built for Home Service Businesses

The slow season is not bad luck. It is what happens when referrals are your only channel.

We run Meta and Google ads for home service businesses, so a quiet month for word of mouth is not a quiet month for leads.

  • You work with me, not an account manager
  • Get an increase in qualified leads or you pay nothing
  • You own the ad account, always

Services

The 3 highest-ROI investments in your home service business.

Most of what agencies sell doesn’t move revenue. This does.

01

Meta & Google Ads

Full campaign builds, creative and ad copy testing, and weekly optimisation for cost per lead — not impressions.

  • Creative and ad copy variations, tested weekly
  • Budget shifted toward what actually converts
  • Underperforming ads get cut
  • Account structure and hypertargeted audience build

02

AI automation

The annoying hours a business loses every week — handed to something that never gets tired or burns out.

  • Inbox triage and automated draft replies
  • Repetitive admin work turned into an automated process
  • One dashboard that visualises all your internal business data
  • Built around your tools, not a platform you rent

03

Landing pages

An ad is only as good as the website it directs to. Most agencies skip over this — I build both.

  • Built and split-tested for the highest realistic conversion rate
  • Precise pixel and conversion tracking, verified working
  • Landing pages that match the look and message of the ad that sent them
  • Clean data, so the platform can learn and adapt

How our ads work

Four steps. That’s it.

STEP 01

Audit call

Fifteen minutes. I look at what is working and what is not — and tell you whether ads are the right move. Sometimes they are, sometimes not.

STEP 02

Build

Week one. Full campaign build — targeted audiences, ad creatives, ad copy, and tracking. Nothing launches until the entire ad account and campaign setup is verified working.

STEP 03

Launch & learn

Weeks two to four. Modest budget, more angles tested. The first month buys data as much as leads — data watched live in the client portal, not in weekly or monthly summaries like other agencies.

STEP 04

Scale

Weeks six and beyond. Terminate underperforming ads, scale what works, test more like it. Strategy and statistics reviewed on call, weekly or on whatever schedule works for you. Data always viewable live in the client portal.

The numbers that matter

The four that actually
matter most.

Ad spend $0 paid to Meta & Google
Clicks 0 people who came to look
Leads 0 calls and forms, tracked
Cost per lead $0 spend ÷ leads

You set a budget. That is the easy part. Getting results from it is where most agencies fall short.

The client portal

You’ll never have to ask how the ads are doing.

Every client gets a private login. Spend, leads, cost per lead, and what I changed this week — kept current, not summarised once a month. You can book a call anytime from the same screen.

  • Live campaign numbers, not a month-old snapshot
  • A written note on every change I make, and why
  • Book or move a meeting in one click
  • Every past report stays there — nothing quietly disappears

Why we are different

The problem was never the ads. It was the not knowing.

Average Agency

  • A report arrives at month end, if it arrives
  • Impressions and reach shown first since those look good
  • The founder sells it. A student manages it.
  • They take a cut of your ad spend — so bigger budgets pay them more
  • They fully own the ad account, so leaving means starting from scratch

How Fuller Scales works

  • A portal that shows your key metrics live
  • Cost per lead, ROAS, leads — the numbers that pay you
  • The person who built and manages your ads is the one reporting on them
  • A flat monthly fee, fixed for the term, whatever you spend
  • Everything in your name — accounts, pixels, campaigns, pages

About

One person, deliberately.

I’m Christopher Fuller. I own and operate Fuller Scales out of San Diego, and I keep the client list short on purpose — because the moment an agency grows past its founder, the person you were sold is not the person touching your account.

You get me on the phone. I build the campaigns, I read the numbers, and I write the note explaining what changed. If something is not working, you will hear it from me before you have to ask, which is the part most agencies fail at.

If I don’t think ads will work for you, you’ll hear that on the first call — not three months and a retainer later.

Straight answers

Answers before you have to ask.

What does it cost?

Typically a flat monthly retainer, quoted after the audit call and fixed for the term. Never a percentage of your ad spend, like a lot of other agencies charge.

Is the ad budget included?

No. Ad spend goes straight to Meta or Google on your own card, so the account and the data stay yours. We plan the budget together on the call — it depends on your market, your margins, and what a customer is worth to you.

How fast does it work?

The ads start working the moment they launch, but the first two to three weeks are where conversion data gets built so they can reliably target the right audience. Expect a real read on everything by day 30, not day 3. Anyone promising otherwise is selling you the first month twice.

Am I locked into a contract?

Three-month initial term, then month to month. Three months because that is the minimum time needed for ad and audience data to compound enough to judge it fairly — leave sooner and you are paying for the learning period without ever seeing what it builds toward.

Who actually runs my account?

I do — the owner. Not an account manager, not a student, not a contractor you never meet.

What happens if we part ways?

You keep everything. Ad accounts, pixels, creative, landing pages and tracking are set up in your name from day one, so leaving is a permissions change, not a rebuild.
