Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026

Fuller Scales (“we,” “us”) is a marketing agency in San Diego, California, operated by Christopher Fuller. We run Meta and Google ads, build landing pages and set up AI automation for local service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers fullerscales.com, our client portal, and how we contact businesses.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call, email us, call us or become a client, we collect what you share: usually your name, business name, email address, phone number and details about your business and goals.

Client portal accounts. If you are a client, we store the email address you sign in with. Sign-in works by a one-time link sent to that email. Your browser keeps a sign-in session so you don’t have to sign in on every visit.

Client campaign data. To manage your ads and show results in your portal, we access and store performance data from your ad accounts and, where we set it up, leads your campaigns generate. We handle this on your behalf and use it only to deliver our services to you.

Public business information. To find businesses we might help, we gather publicly available business contact details: business names, business phone numbers, business email addresses, websites and owner names published on sources such as Google Maps, business websites, professional profiles and public license records.

Booking tool. Calls are booked through Calendly, embedded on our site. Calendly collects the details you enter and may set its own cookies, under Calendly’s privacy policy.

Our website does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

How we use information

Google user data

Our internal tools connect to the Fuller Scales Gmail account through Google’s APIs to prepare email drafts and to read message labels, so we know whether a draft was sent or a reply arrived. They do not read the content of messages. This data is used only to run our own outreach. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:

Emails and calls from us

If we email your business and you don’t want to hear from us again, reply and say so, or email chrisfuller.scales@gmail.com. We will stop emailing you. If you ask us not to call, we will mark your number as do-not-call and won’t call it again.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. For clients, that means the length of our work together plus the time needed for records, taxes and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, access-controlled accounts and limited access to client data. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email chrisfuller.scales@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We honor these requests wherever you live, and we won’t treat you differently for making one.

Do Not Track: our website doesn’t track visitors across other sites, so it doesn’t change its behavior based on Do Not Track signals.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
