Terms of Service

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms apply to your use of fullerscales.com and the Fuller Scales client portal. Fuller Scales (“we,” “us”) is a marketing agency in San Diego, California, operated by Christopher Fuller. By using the site or the portal, you agree to these terms.

Our services and your agreement

This website describes what we do. The actual work we do for a client, including scope, fees, term and how either side can end it, is set out in a separate written agreement signed by both sides. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.

No guaranteed results

We work hard to get you results, but advertising outcomes depend on things outside our control: ad platform rules and algorithms, competition, your budget, your market, your offer and how quickly leads are followed up. Any examples, estimates or past results we share are illustrations, not promises of future performance.

Ad platforms and other third parties

Campaigns run on platforms such as Meta and Google, each with its own terms and policies. Those platforms can change their rules, reject ads or restrict accounts, and we aren’t responsible for their decisions or outages. Ad spend is paid to the platforms and is separate from our fees unless your agreement says otherwise.

Client portal

Ownership

The content and design of this website belong to Fuller Scales. Your ad accounts, pages, pixels and business data stay yours, as described in your signed agreement.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site or portal to break the law, to try to get into accounts or data that aren’t yours, or to interfere with how the site works.

Disclaimer

The site and portal are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those in your signed agreement, and we don’t guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, that come from using this website or portal. For clients, liability for our services is governed by the limits in your signed agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of San Diego County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
